I heard that Ripley's beleive it or not is looking for a new premiere attraction. I would say that Hoss has that little jewel that they are looking for. Hoss they are superior negotiators, hold out don't take the first offer. Come to think of it maybe the NASA guys would get in on the bidding.

id i wanted to smoothe out my ride id get a cutom bumper made and fill it with concrete got a buddy who did that to his front and rear bumpers (his old lady drove the truck and could not drive) rides real smoothe

Wow, this thread is over 2 years old (talk about the walking dead) If you had some pictures this thread would be the best. (or a picture of a air plane on a giant treadmill too). Hoss you are one of a kind. I would have thought going with better shocks would be a better approach to a smoother ride, but that's what's so great about this site, they prove me wrong, time and time again

Yep, it's probably tungsten or a bismuth/iron matrix. More space efficient than concrete and not toxic like lead.

Back a few years it was mentioned that Hoss tried water, but after a couple of baths and that Texas sun, the water was gone. That was the Texas version of a sauna bath, a bed full of water and the wife running down a Texas dirt road. I heard he used to like to ride some 400 pound bathing beauties around back there but they outlawed people in the back. So what is left, concrete....

I got this 04 2500 2wd...a bit of a edit in the winter...been adding about 500 lbs of gravel to a box I portioned off on a sheet of 4x8 chipboard.
Takes up a lot of verticle space.
Now if I put a 4x8 sheet of plywood with 2x4 borders and filled 'er with cement....it would open more space up....mmmmm....let me think...thanx for the great idea Hoss....BTW if I put 'er on plywood...I can just drag 'er out every spring...wanna tie 'er down good tho!

Only half kidding...would be a bit of a pig to put back in the truck come winter.
