I'm on the 4 10's, rotating each month between days, swing and grave.
The older I get, the tougher it is to adjust and not be a bit drowsey all the time.
At least on graveyard I get off at 8a, so I can run around in the daylight when the stores are open and other people are up, then go to bed around noon.
On swing, off at 3a, it is just too easy to go home and eat and sit in front of the TV (or computer), then go to bed. Just terrible for your health, especially if it was a stressful shift...
