Goulosh
My goulosh recipe... sticks to your ribs (not compatible with a george foreman grill).

Fry at least 2 lbs of burger in a #12 iron skillet.
Add chopped onions, chopped peppercinni's.
While this cooks, boil your maccaroni noodles.
Drain the meat when cooked, then..
Add a small can of tomato paste, 1 small can of v-8 juice.
Add two quarts of cubed, stewed tomatoes and let simmer(all in the skillet).
I add a few more onions here for crunchiness.

When the noodles are done, drain the water, then add the mix above and stir. Serve with bread/butter/jelly.

peppercinni's (?) are what some people refer to as salad peppers. They have a nice bit to them without being hot. The best ones I've found are Kirino's (?) They are especially good in omlets.

Just printed off the recipe again, changed shifts after you posted the recipe, it's hard to get anything done on this shift! Did kill a bottle of Jagermeister this week. It goes good on ice cream with choclate syrup too. Haven't even been ice fishing yet... sheeesh!
