Regardless of who/what/where and why they are doing this, if you didn't make a stink or say anything about this the first time it happened when it happened, it's your problem!

And then to go back to this same place and have it happen again and not say anything the minute you noticed it, it's your problem!!

Don't get me wrong but if you can't say anything directly to the person who shorted you WHEN it happened, whining about it after the fact isn't going to make it better.

Cut your loses for crying out loud and don't go back! If the place continues to do this, it will eventually catch up to them, move on my friend, life is to short.

In my case, YES, I will say something and never go back. A place of business only gets one chance in my book. If they want to lose potential business over $2, so be it, I don't care.

I admit my earlier post was way over the limit of civility. Just my initial reaction to an unjust situation. I have never acted in such a manner, and am sorry that I suggested you should. As long as you are served well in every other respect, you should continue to eat there. Just wait until the ticket is paid and change received before you tip, or not. Either way, you win.

I think you should go back there with a few of us at different tables. Then we could all flip the tables over on our way out.

I promise I have never EVER done that. more then once at the same place

Or you could give us the name and address of the Corporate office along with the restaurants name and locale and we could ALL blitz them with an email campaign

Pray for them that spitefully misuse you. If someone takes your coat, give
them your shirt, also. Love thine enemies. Let those without sin cast the first stone. Jesus Christ
I will pray for you and the people who have stolen from you.

Me thinks you are a bit confused if you make a post like that but have this in your signature "Private Property-I don't fire warning shots"

Remember Ruby Ridge? I've had devil worshippers break in to my home and clean me out, among other thievery. I live out in the country and I will do whatever it takes to protect my home and family. Confused? No. I was doing
my best to give advice about someone stealing change. Protecting home and family is not the same as stealing change. You're welcome to visit, just call first.

Oh I remember Ruby Ridge well I knew Randy Weaver at Ft Bragg though I never actually served with him as the Army sent me to Vietnam where as he was forced to stay at Ft Bragg.... which made him a little bitter I think, wearing a Green Beret we want to go where the action is..... but what I was trying to say is that you say
"If someone takes your coat, give them your shirt"
but at the same time you make conflicting comments like this
"I've had devil worshippers break in to my home and clean me out, among other thievery. I live out in the country and I will do whatever it takes to protect my home and family."
I AGREE with you 110% Your comments are just confusing because you can't have it both ways
