Got pretty stuck!

Went up into the hills here in Ellensburg and hit a ditch. I was backing down the hill and the road looked completely flat, but the ditch drops straight off on the side. It sucked me right over into 4 feet of snow on the driver's side and the side of the ditch had my front passenger tire pinned so I couldn't even turn the wheels! A lot of digging and a whole lot of tugging got her out!

That sure is pretty country up there. Is that your property or a county road? I would love to live up in that country.

Thanks blueboy! There was no body damage, maybe some scratches from the trees, but it's a truck right? Me and my buddy took some of our friends up on one of the many country roads we have around here. He was in his Toyota behind me. I was the guinea pig for that road and managed to find the ditch! His winch couldn't pull me out, so it's a good thing I bought that tow strap last week.

I've pulled him out many times now. I've had to yank him out so hard before that I bent his bumper up to his tailgate and back down again, and the tow strap indented into his bumper. I wish I still had that video!

Looks like you need some aggressive MT's to swap on for winter/snow/wheelin'!

Cool pics.

I have Cooper Discoverer STTs, but the tread is getting a little low. I'm thinking Mickey Thompson M/Ts next to try them out. It's been raining a little here, so we'll probably go out muddin' this weekend. I'll get this thing caked and hopefully get more action shots for you guys!

Just make sure not to get stuck, or bring a buddy like I did!
