Talking Got a new dirt bike today

Well after much delima I decided it was time to own a new dirt bike. My last bike a YZ 250f back in 01. I got hurt and, sold it, I also needed money for a business I was starting. I am healed and my company is holding it's own so logically I though " a dirt bike this is what I need. " Any way I decided to get the new Suzuki RM-Z 250f . I have not had much of a chance to ride it but what little I have ridden it, it should be fun. Any way I am really excited and just needed to share. I will probably post pictures tomorrow. I left my camera in a truck that is in the shop. No the Dodge is not in the shop. Tom

YZ 250F? Is that the 4 stroke that they made to compete in the 125 class? Back when I rode YZ's in the 70's and 80's the F designation meant it was built in 1979. First model year '74 was A, '75 was B, and so on.

Bought a used YZ 490 2 stroke about 5 years ago cause I thought I would get back into riding. That thing was scary fast, and I figure I break easier and heal slower nowadays so I got rid of it. Have fun with the bike!

I have a YZ426f... HELLA FAST. It'll smoke any 2 stroke (250 class) out there. I can hold my own with 500's but they still have more umph on the hills. I'm an avid sand duner and desert racer. I love my 426, one of these days I might check out the new 450f. It took me a while to get used to the four stroke riding, but all in all, it's better than 2 strokes.

I still have a 125cc 2 stroke for playing on. I take it down to my local track and do the stupid stuff (one of these days it's gonna get me killed). Nice bike!
