Got Any Ideas?

I just found a company has copied major portions of my web site and is in in another state. What I do about this? They are marketing products I make, undercutting my price and it looks identical to my page. Do I have any recourse?

Get a credit card with a fictitious name, charge all kinds of stuff from their site and have it sent to someone you don't like. Kills 2 birds with one stone!

Stop supplying them with your products or charge them full retail or above.

I don't think he's selling them product. If he was I don't think it would matter what they did as long as they moved his product. I perceived they had copied his product and website to make it look like it was him and his product.

tough call...
You might try a lawyer to send them a cease and desist request.

if they are marketing a product you make, then how are they undercutting your price? obviously, you're selling it to them too low.

Correctomundo Scott.I (in my anger) used a poor choice in phraseology.

We had a guy running around out here using a very similar logo to ours and possibly cutting into our work through association of the logo.

A letter from our attorney and he removed it and quit using it, of course he rode it out to the last day of the request before we took him to court for it.

But, that was in our town, not another state...I'd ask a lawyer.

We're dealing with something similar but it's taking place in our same county, while the company is out of Alameda Co.

I would start with the secretary of state office.

I would assume you copyrighted your designs and such?
If not, your out-a-luck.. if so, then its obviously an infringement issue, regardless of what state he is in...

BTW, IF they havent copyrighted the design and such, DO IT FIRST
