Good Experience

Went to get new tires, while waiting went accross street to get a burger walking back I figured they would have some of the tires ready but no - all mounted sitting waiting an balance machine. Balancer broken (brand new machine) 2 hours now has passed and I said the alignment will need to be another time, they offered to give me a ride home and finish the next morning, fine w/ me. The manager was driving me home said due to the hassle he would take care of alignment and throw in an oil change. Picked up truck yesterday and all was complete but balancer still sitting there broken Concerened I asked, they loaded tires into a service truck and took another shop for balancing just to get it done. Just wanted to share experience and that Fletcher Tire did all they could to make things right. Bought Bridgestone Revos hope they work out as well as hyped.
