I have always wondered about why we haven't been back to the moon. This article really answers alot of questions and makes alot of sense. I think practical and affordable fuel from water is just around the corner.

I think Tom Hanks said it best in Apollo 13. What if Columbus discovered America and then nobody returned to check it out. Let's go to the moon!!!

Oh, awesome. We get to waste millions of dollars going to the moon.

Wow. That's productive.

Incredible.

The real reason is that the Chinese are planning a trip in 2017 and we want to make certain that everyone there knows that we can go any time we want.

I didn't know that.

If we're going to the moon in order to beat the Chinese, then I suggest that our government runs full bore into the moon and subsidizes a Wal Mart there.

Preferrably a Wal Mart that can rain nukes and lasers down upon China.

Nope, other people get to do it, you get to complain.

I really hope this gets off the ground.

Once they get this prefected, it'll make a great spot for wealthy poloticians and other Billionaires to slip away to when Nukes start going off.

Lot's of money being spent here. I understand the technoloigical advances, but seeing as Indonesia and China are the new leaders of he World shouldn't they be kicking up a couple hundred million for this too?

We develop it ($), they steal it, copy it and we buy it as fast as they can make it............

Look on the bright side:

1. You can be rid of all the smart and resourceful people that plague you so.
2. You can point to our achievement as further evidence of our arrogance.
3. There will be a whole new body of "issues" to protest about.
