You can thank our earlier moon program for HUGE advances in fields like Medicine, Computer technology, communications etc....It cost billions but what we got in return has proven to be priceless in the way it effects our daily lives...

We made a HUGE jump forward in the 60's in terms of technology, and it is directly due to the space program. I look for even bigger and better things to come out of this next run to the Moon and beyond.

It is, using this link provided by Mikmaze, you can see pictures of the moon. If you zoom in real close, it looks like Cheddar/ Swiss .
