I got MadHat & T-Rad to thank for being 102 years old - which is about how i feel today...

Older but wiser
Hey,gettin old ain't too bad. Some things don't work in the old bod like they usta, but not bad. BP a little hi, cloresterol high, but all in all doin ok for 72. Not a grumpy old man yet, just old.
I can't throw a 70# bag of sand in the PU bed any more, but oh well.
Grand daughter is going to have an ice scating part for her birthday in a few weeks, I'll get out my old skates, still roller blade.
Was on daughters excersise bike, but not set up for my size so it was a bit tought to ride, only did a few minuits.
Go to the doctor and get checked up. I got a leaky heart valve but won't need a valve job. Comming to the point I'ss soon need a caterac removed. things can be fixed.
I'm looking forward to several more good years. Take care of your self.

i like helping folks out, though.
went to chirocracker, he put the roll & twist on it, said it was pretty well out of align, much better now, just the muscle stiffness.
CH still high (FiverBob yells at me about that...)
BP not a problem
more grouchy than anything, i guess...everytime i help someone out, hurt myself.
I read a line somwhere that went something like: Life is NOT a trip to take sedatly, arriving at the end with well groomed hair and clean shirt, rather you shold slide into the grave one footed, in total disarray, saying "whoa, what a ride".....I know I have butchered that up, but maybe someone knows how its suppossed to go....

The one I like is "I woke up on this side of the dirt, it's gonna be a good day!"
i have a large family for the most part very healthy with alot of them in their mid eightes and still active. bought dad a log truck load of maple to cut up last fall and he cut and split 99%. he has diabeties and takes a hand full of pills everymorning and turns 83 next week. he always feels best when working. trust me he was a lineman for the phone company from 1951 to 1987 climbed his last 100 foot pole in 84 then got in a vehical accident that kept him off poles after that. thats dad on the tractor and mom standing behind it with my daughter in his lap and me in the next photo
