FYI Fram oil filters
Before I start, I don't use Fram in my CTD. That being said I have used them for years in my 440+ cubic inch Mopars and had great luck-until last month.
I had one on a 69 Coronet R/T deform and puke 10 quarts of TORCO synthetic oil all over the ground!!
I sent the unit to Honeywell (Fram's mother company) for evaluation. Their response was that my pump was putting out to much pressure, 200-300 PSI?!?!
Wrong, I tried to explain that my mechanical gauge would have wrapped the needle around the gauge 2-3 times and I was watching it. So now I am out 100.00 bucks for the oil, and am debating putting new bearings in an engine with 12 miles on it!!
So buyer beware.

As a former Honeywell employee, I really hate to see the name of a once great company plastered onto Allied Signal products such as Fram filters.

I have pointed this out before, but here goes again:
Fram is one of the most frequently counterfeited products available. I think a lot of the bad quality is not of Fram's making, but the net result is the same--a crap shoot if you buy a Fram filter.
Having said that, as if counterfeiting wasn't bad enough, Allied Signal did everything in their power to cheapen up the filters, thus ruining what once was a decent filter. So even the real Frams aren't worth a whole lot.
Allied Signal has trashed two brands--Fram and Honeywell, both which were at one time considered top companies in their field.

Yup, familiar story about Fram. I returned a PH series that split open. They "visually" inspected it and concluded that it was my fault! The housing is thin, thin. From now on, I want my filter to feel like it is made out of schedule 40 pipe!

1 - look up local dealers in your area on Cummins website.
2 - Find a big rig service place nearby.
3 - Several companies will send them too you. Geno's Garage is a great place to get them.
Heck out this website. This guy cut open and anylyzed different brand oil filters. Very good info on that page. Heck it convinced me to ditch Fram in the first place ( My Cummins has never seen a nuclear orange can ever. I used to use Fram on my old F150). Check out the site, click here. If you want a good filter and don't mind spending 10 bucks I would pick up a Mobil 1 for any engine that I can't find a fleetguard for.
