FYI, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Terrorism policy changes...
..seems Blue Cross officially announced and is issuing a statment/change to existing policies that they will not be held responsible for medical charges and professional treatments arising from "Acts of Terrorism".

Who is then responsible for the charges and money involved?

I heard the federal government put money up to cover terrorism but I think it is property only (not life and limb).

Anyone have any ideas?

It may be well worth a call to your local Congressman.

Sort of along the same line, my wife is a nurse. They had been asked to volunteer to get the smallpox vaccination. She said very few volunteered. If she got infected, she would be off the job for around a month or more. She was going to until she found out that the hospital or no one would compensate for time lost. We couldn't afford to take that risk right now.
