will last night i could smell diesel, i didnt think to much of it.
this morning i went to start my truck and it didnt start right away like it does so i cranked it and it started, (air in lines). so i get to work after getting pulled over for speeding...
i get out and my truck is leaking diesel like crazy... i would say about 1qt in 15 mins so i leave to a shop...
couple hours later, a fuel line had a hole in it.. $25 for the line and $65 for labor but i have my truck again

what a fun day

 

come on now ......... what speed and in what posted zone ?? what was the fine ?? you have to add that to the 90 bucks you spent on the rig...... glad you got it fixed though, scott

 

At least its warmer down there than it is here. My filter clogged and the lift pump quit last week when it dipped to zero degrees. When it gets this cold you can't afford to chance getting a speeding ticket cause tires don't stick very well at zero.
