I saw Masonic- Dodge's user name and it got me wondering how many Free Mason's are on this site. It's nice to see fellow Masons on here.

Hey guy's just remember you start as a mason then take the steps to become a SHRINER!!!!!!!! If you don't know what a shriner is just ask! The shriners have hospitals all over this country and in mexico that serve anyone who has a burned or crippled child free of cost, You got that!!!!!!!! I'm a 32degree mason and a shriner and happy to say it.

Glad to here from the Masons on this site! HID I should have known you were a Mason! LOL

I've been a Mason know for about 4 years, made it to Senior Deacon. I'm a third generation Mason.

As far as a cult well I joined the Masonic Lodge because of all the charity work, Help in the community, and fellowship. This is another subject people should know about before calling it a cult.

I know a lot of the mason stuff is pretty hush hush. I think the reason a lot of people don't care for it and call it a cult is because they don't know anything about it and it scares them. All I know is all my uncles were the best guys you would ever want to meet so it must be a good group.

I might add that much of the foundations of this country were based on Masonic thought. Many of the signers of the Constitution were Masons. George Washington was the only Mason who was Master of his lodge and President at the same time.

The root for all the "secret" "conspiracy" comes from the Popes of the 1700's and 1800's putting out a Bull claiming it as such.

The Bible says that you should judge a tree by its fruit. Through its various bodies, Masonry is the second largest charity source in the world. If you child is burned badly, undoubtedly the child will be treated at a Shrine burn hospital, free of charge. There are several other medical programs for children, like the Scottish Rite speech impediment clinics.

No desire to bring this to a debate, I just stated a couple of things and will not have more to add.
