What did you get? I went for the demolition but I think the bi-metal is worth a little more.

Grabbed the bi-metal to see how she does on random metalwork projects. Especially that I don't have a chop saw or band saw yet.

hehe I still haven't used mine yet. Haven't found a project worthy of "using up the good one"

Let us know when you do!

Warmed it up today to cut a bunch of rib bones off a back bone. I know, not a fair test (no nails) but it sure was easier than using a hand saw. Might get to use it on a friends shed next week.

Since I am retiring from building I will let you carpenters and handy men in on a little sawzall blade trick.

If you need to lay out a circle, put a drywall nail thru the hole in the shank at the center of your circle and measure out half the diameter, (or radius) to the nearest tooth. Hook your pencil in that tooth and trace it out like a spirograph. Perfect sized circle.

LoL! I was trying to visualize it and had decided you were crazy. Than I figured out you were talking about using a blade that was not attached to the sawzall. Very good tip--Thanks!
