Evening all. Spent from 1100 to 1530 building a bed extension for the flatbed on my truck so I could fit more bales of hay on it. It was just the 'wrong' length. I could get 4 round bales on it, but then there was 2 feet left over with nothing on it. Made an 2 foot extension that fits in the stake pockets so it can be easily removed when I'm done. Got to the hay guy's place only to find out he decreased the size of his bales, so I could have got 6 on the bed without the extension.
Figures. Anyone need an extension?
I would say you ARE careful, but professional people that take their jobs seriously usually are.

As far as someone needing an extension........... Where is Eric BTW.

Isn't that just the way they do it now a days? Ice cream is now 3 pints instead of 1/2 gallon, hay bales are smaller (bet the price wasn't lower was it?), 2 liter soda is getting replaced by 1.5 liter, full size cars are now mid-size, etc, etc.

Thanks Trad. I was hoping for a pic
I'm all content tonight. Took dog for a run. Made some brushetta chicken spaghetti for dinner Having a cup of coffee and watching tv now. Earlier today I got a few of the sprinkler heads capped and got the sprinkler wires to the control box finally put away in some nice painted pvc on the garage wall.
