Just dont meet up with Rick at a waffle house. What was supposed to be friendly 1-2 hour hangout , turned out to be a 8 hour caffine overdose, wife almost divorced me, all night shindig. I got home when the sun came up. We meet at 8:00 the previous day..

True dat

We have a video floating around from a trip Trad, Madhat and myself made a few years back....In it we have Rick unloading the weapons from his pockets and on to one of the motel room beds....between the 3 of us he had to have pulled a dozen firearms, and multiple edged weapons

We were in a not so nice part of town and we were packed for bear would be the understatement of the century As we hit the beds to get a few hours of sleep before the next days activities, I slapped Madhat on his behind and told him good night

Rick and I each headed off to our beds for a peaceful night sleep knowing we now had a Highly Motivated and Armed US Marine pulling Sentry Duty ALL Night in the corner chair He kept mumbling something about how you just can't trust those old guys

I will add that John P was with us earlier that evening and you can bet your bippy he was packing heat as well not to mention my partner State Trooper Jack Thorpe was with us as well......I wonder just how many weapons we had at that one particular meet? My guess is that there was at least one weapon in every truck that was there as well...maybe 20 to 25 trucks came and went

The moral of the story being - don't mess with a DTR get-together.

Night all. Fresh coffee on for the night shift.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Unhappiness is best defined as the difference between our talents and our expectations.

Coffee's on.

Mornin Scott - - looks like a bunch others are still sacked out. Been up since 5:30 trying to finish moving data to the new computer or archiving. What a mess and time consumming. Close to 1 gig is a bunch of stuff to handle.

Nuther gorgeous day in gator country - - speaking of such, had to have a "friend" come and take care of a 9'er in the pond along with her 16 little ones. Sure tough on the tilapia. Heading into high 70's again today - - been a weird winter all over. Hit early, then backed off. Still got a bunch of my plants - - again - - most of the ones that froze last year and replaced are gone again. Booo.

OK, grabbing my ph00 and gone - - have a great one. ...

It's all good until a cereal killer shows up. I'm kinda wondering what you actually did tell her since you've never even waved at me since then.

At least one. I think Mark is the only one in possession of that video, if he still has it.

You have to be about as dumb as the 17 year old who assaulted a Trooper buddy of mine with a concrete block and pipe, during the commission of a robbery, during the Police Olympics. He got shot 4 times and died a few minutes later. That was allot of paperwork.

I got one of those projects this morning. SS loaded a virus on the laptop a while back. It did some sys file damage and finally crashed and won't load now. It can wait a bit.
