Almost Nooner DTR!

Busy morning (and weekend for that matter) -22* and sunny. Might need a wind breaker....

We got about 4 inches of snow this weekend and then the temps fell. I did get the Christmas lights up and shoveled the driveway though. Only got the hard pack off the top half but I'll work on the lower sooner or later.

I'm Glad I'm not the only one thinking that. I gelled last year between -35* and -40*. I don't usually expect that until at least -45*. Be careful out there.

Gotta pick up the little one from preschool soon. Back later.

 

Well, my day just went from a good day to a very good day. Got a phone call from the Class I railroad I had been interviewing. They want me to come work for them! I'm very happy! With the threat of layoffs and the steel industry in my area not doing well, I think this will be a good move. My company mostly moves steel and granted the big mill by me move most of it production from other plants to this one, it's still not a secure job at my company.

Evening all. Finished my big paper. I think it turned out well. I'll be happy with a B, but even happier with an A. May start my other paper tonight.

Right now I'm going to relax.

Stayed late to send out stink-grams via email .... todays episode of musical offices and cubicles went as smooth as 60 grit sandpaper .
