First House!!!
Well we signed the cotract for my wife and I to buy our first house today. I am excited beyond belief. We only want it for a few years, and found pretty much just what we wanted.
Its a small full brick house, 880 sf, 2 bed, one is small and will be my office. Nice size, open living room, eat in kitchen. Long single car width atached carport. Decent size back yard, with a 10x12 metal storage building. The seller will put a new roof on it before closing.
Needs a fence so I can get my bird dog!

Way to go, bud !!! Ya can't go wrong with real estate. Nothing like owning your own home ... want to put a window there - do it, want to dig up the yard and plant a garden - do it. Lotsa freedom.
