Unfortunately there are a lot of unscrupulous people out there, that would love to have your private information for illegal purposes.

In my 20 years of driving, I've only seen one of those twice.

My first car given me on my 16th birthday (beater 74 Plymouth Fury III) and my 2 wheeler.

It'll be a while before I see the one for the truck.

Yes, the banks/credit unions around here like to hold on to them till their paid for.

Usually they avoid the middle man and just send it on to the next lien holder for you.
