They are quick and hard to catch, plus with all those legs they tend to hang on to your lips when you trying to swallow them. Stick to something simpler like earthworms

We went to a big Chinese buffet for lunch and I thought I'd broaden my horizons a bit. Been there, done that, next time I'm going to the steak house.

They've very chewy and don't taste ANYTHING like chicken.

My daughter (9) loves them! There is a buffet by The Galleria in Houston that has them
I bet she's been going there for 2 or 3 years.

Those are raw! You have to get the grilled or fried ones.
They have the baby baby ones sauteed with a brown gravy on top of mashed 'taters

The the fried is just fried.

Of course its bad raw!!!!!!

http://www.flickr.com/photos/jameth/...7594069330612/ here is a guy with the sauteed ones, just like sesame chicken

I don't know if it was raw or not. All I know is it was cold, dead, chewy and nasty.

I have had octopus many times. I spent two of my years in the Marines in Okinawa. I dove alot, and I speared several octopi. The Okinawans I worked with told me how to cut it, and eat it raw. At first I was pretty grossed out, but it actually tasted good once you got past the cold, slimy texture. I never would have guessed that those arms could stretch out so far though. Those guys are aggressive!!
