Dave,
For that I used SwitcherCADIII from Linear Technologies. It is available free from their website: Linear Tech
It is very powerful and is what they use in-house to design their IC's. I highly reccommend it. It doesn't seem to have convergence issues like Cadence's Orcad/PSPICE.
At work I use Symplis/SiMetrix and Cadence (OrCad PSPICE). They are powerful as well, but they can be a bit cumbersome to learn. I have only used Symplis a little, as we just got it, but I like it much more than PSPICE. Again, it converges must better than PSPICE and it is very easy to import vendor models into.

I used PSPICE a lot during college. My work right now is in power so I've not really done anything with it since then. We do use ESA's EasyPower for our calculations. Its a good program for most loadflow, coordination and motor starting simulations. ETAP is another good program but a lot less user friendly.

Did my senior design project at a paper mill looking at their load flow. We used DAPPER load flow analysis tool. I design DC-DC power supplies for Raytheon (military apps) now, so I haven't used load flow s/w since then, what's a power factor

I justed wanted to thank everyone for there help. I installed the diodes today and they got rid of the "Pop" noise I had when I turned my fog lights off. I went by radio shack and got two (1N4001 Radioshack part number) Micro 1A Diodes. Now I don't cringe when I turn the lights off.

Awesome, glad to hear you had great results. Enjoy the noise free lights.
