DTR'ers, help us help ourselves please ...

I have noticed that many Ram owners (and sometimes less fortunate owners of other brands) on this site have problems and appeal for help here. That's great. However I have also noticed that although much advice is offered that very few come back and tell us what actually resolved the problem. Not so great! Now I happen to be one of those wierdos that enjoy reading about technical problems AND the solution. I can then use this info to later either help myself or others.
So, for those of you who post requests for help, how about from now on giving a detailed post later of what resolved the problem? OK?
Anybody agree or disagree with me? I suspect that if we all did this that it would improve the quality of this already fine site.

That's a good idea and one that I try to mention if I respond to a post. Since we are all here for the info,,,,,, if you see a post like that. I'm sure that folks wouldn't mind if ya sent them a PM or replied on that topic something like,,,,, "And please let us know what you found out".
Also, any time you see a problem & solution that you think is a good one, send a PM to Gonzo (who is in charge of the FAQ section) or one of the other moderators or admins. Then we can add it to the FAQ list.

Thanks,
Dennis

I've seen posts where 5 or 6 different possible solutions were offered up.
It'd be great to know which one fixed the problem.

Ed
