we went out to eat, and it was pretty, 2nd floor restaurant on the beach, you could see the water and yada yada....they were BORED....

so i gave them my digi-cam to play with...they had a BALL taking pictures of NOTHING...or half of something. out of 10 pics they took, like one is good, and that;s me making a goofy face.


my dogs were up ALL night. i sacked about 2130, and wife came bed 2330, and ~2345, dogs started up. wife went out, some car by end of house, setting with park lights on.

they drove off as she walked out, with no headlights on.
her coming out (instead of me) puts the dogs on "protect mode" so they were crazy the rest of the night. went out there several times in my skivvies, with my Mag lite & 7 of my friends. kinda sleepy this morning...

WIFE IS GETTING ANCY TO DRIVE IT,(SHE HAS ONLY BEEN WAIGHTING SINCE LAST SPRING) DON`T SEE WHAT HER HURRY IS.

I hear you on the poor design Pistol. I know they figure so many $$$ per foot of pipe for the finished product so they stuff it is as small a space as possible to save money up front. In the long run it costs them way more in the life time of the plant. Goes for most things.

Davey I'm just kidding about having the son over. Wish he would come more often actually. They are always your kids and you will always do whatever you can for them, no matter what. Besides have to be a little nice or they won't put you in a nice old folks home.j/k

Went out the drive yesterday to go practice with the daughter. Looked up and there was about 20 elk on the other side of the park fence. One big bull and his brood of cows. Good thing, had the camera, bad, pics didn't turn out. It was sprinkling at the time and all I got were pics of drops.. I hate it when that happens. Hope they didn't go to far and are still around.

Chris there's always next year. By the sounds of it once she gets a little more training on her she'll be awsome. Good she is looking to chase cattle on her own. she's got cow scene. Looking forward to seeing pics of her.

Good coffee this AM, need to get at it though. Have fun and drive safe.

She did not get mad... See, the thing is, I know what I'm doing in the kitchen, enough to clean, at least. She says that if I tried to take over the cooking, she'd be mad. (last time I tried to cook something, I caught boiling water on fire... it was grease on the burner, I SWEAR!)

She says I can clean all I want...

 

Holy shades of purple, Batman - - remind me not to get Heidi mad at me. You get that Redleg, girl - - he needs someone to shape him up. You gotta be great - - pumpkin spice - - wow, that is exactly what I am sipping right now. Gotta get some of that stuff in the breakroom - - it is soooo good.

Busy day with not a lot to show for it. Fertilized lawn, worked in garage a bit, cleaning up the laptop and updating it, working on videos, and now sneakin here to see what is left on the table. Nothin. Bunch of crumbs on the floor so I can see what "was" here. Ok, just sneak back out and sip more pumpkin spice out by the pool - - see ya,

65 up here yesterday with 60 mph winds...little hard on the fuel gauge.
Tomorrow...70. Most beautiful time of the year...leaves changing color, spheres on auto launch, Fivebobrunningbutnoabletohide, its pretty close to paradise now...especially watching Fiverbobbyrunrunrun

 

yep, that's my job in the kitchen - DEEP clean,

put a beach towel on counter, all food on it, another thick towel on top,

bleach, scrub brush inside fridge,
all shelves in dish washer,

dish out of microwave, top piece out of microwave

disassemble & clean small toaster oven.

all the hard to do stuff, that only other clean freaks would notice.


then, we go out to eat for a few days so she won't mess it back up....her favorite part!!

 

I guess I just ain't as gung-ho on the cleaning as you guys. When things in the kitchen get to looking like it might require my attention .... I head outside & fire up the grill . Gotta wake up pretty early to sucker this kid into galley duty again !!

Need to play with my truck a little, my GDP fuel pump is leaking. I thought it was the lines at first, but after tightening them, I discovered that it is the pump... hope I ain't gotta send it in...
