Nobody has been here since this morning, that explains the mess. I hope Cin doesn't see this place looking this bad. Evening pot's on. Ate supper with the wife at church tonight. Fried catfish, baked potatoes, hush puppies, coleslaw, apple or peach cobbler with ice cream and lots of sweet tea. I think I'm going to bust.

Too busy to stay and chat.........

Wifey is coming home tomorrow.
After 9 days of "Bachelor Life" I gotta get this place at least up to human female "Livable" status.

Pups have already had a bath, and their pens are cleaned up too.
Sink-full-o-dirty-dishes cleaned and put away............still more to do.

I think he only hadda work on the 'bloated' part, he already has the other one down pretty good.

Just got in from a rather full day of trainin' the kiddies to 'Learn not to burn'. Jake's havin' a great time with the 700 kids he's met so far but I'm beat!

Just waitin' on the fabulous tuna sub to arrive now... 3rd one this week. By the time we get done, there ain't nuthin' open 'cept the sub shop so our options are limited.

Thanx for the Rad.

Mornin... Coffee's on. Took second on the board yesterday, but it's good enough to go to the next one on the 17th. Heck of a board yesterday. Lots of good Drill Instructors, I feel good about how I placed. If I win that one, I'll get promoted to GySgt (E-7) I have a good shot...

Have a good one.

Hehehehe ... reminds me of a trip I took to an Air Force base in Arizona to look up a friend of mine.

I wasn't familiar with the chAir Force rank structure at the time. When I told the young airman standing watch at the main gate that I was there to see "Private Smith".
His reply was ..... "Sir, we don't have privates in the Air Force".

With tears in my eyes I told him that I was real sorry to hear that ... but can I visit my buddy anyway ?? Gotta love those fly boys.

Hang in there Mad .... you will do just fine in the next round !! We'll all be waiting to hear the results. On behalf of the entire Hurst family, thank you for re-upping and doing what you do for our country.

Gotta find the coffee .... someone glued my eyelids shut this morning.

Mark,
Good to hear about the board so far. Spoke with your heavy yesterday, he sounds pretty squared away.
