Well started about four months ago. I was working with some guys on location who were there to study rig operations, training, coaching, money, drilling practices and then compile all the data and figure out a set of best practices and lessons learned for the leaders on site to follow. All in an effort to increase efficiency, productivity, profitability and employee retention.
Thought it was interesting so I threw my hat in the ring to see what would come of it. Sent an email out of the blue a week or so back and started the interview and testing process.
Just got an offer this morning to review and accept or decline.

Evenin, DTR. Christmas is over again... kids been in bed for an hour or so, we've been out at the fire for a while. Got a few other things crossed off the 'to do' list today, hopefully some more tomorrow.
