ok, so Im on my third .4L beer sitting in the hotel trying to do my expenses and an come across a reciept for 623 Euros. I recognize the hotel name, but just cant place it. I also cant find anything but the credit card portion. Rack my brain trying to figure out if I have captured it on a previous page or if I have blown $850 and not realized it.
Step back and collect my thoughts for a moment. Then it hits me, that was last months Germany trip. Now, I must have turned it in since my wife hasn't asked about missing money..

I need another beer.

 

So, not start any trouble but, you got something against the Air Force or the Coast Guard????? Since I spent 4 years, 3 months and 9 days (not that I was counting) in the US Navy, I figure I have a pass, but then there's that other government service.....

A quiet day to have a bbq this evening. Gonna be a busy week, so I gotta store up the energy for it.

bear in mind, she is a terrier mix that weighs about 35 pounds.
she started eating cat food because she liked to chase the ferral cats in the neighborhood that the old lady next door feeds. Im not sure when my wife started with the cheese, but she gets some shredded cheese occationally.

 

Well, most cat foods are high in protein and have a hairball additive in them. That could come in handy for the occasional times when she catches one of them. Here kitty kitty kitty.:

 

Fiver opens door a crack and peers in - - no weapons aimed at him - - no laser on the chest (can't see the forehead?????), no one yelling at him - - maybe I can sneek in and steal a cup of foo foo. Mudcap said it was Ok and even made some for me. Hmmm, here I go - - - - - . YEH. This civvy life is tough sometimes - - never know when you are wanted or not. Thanks Sarge. Come to think about it, someone has to stay working to earn money so they can pay taxes so the service can get their pay check. OK, Bob, stand up tall and take another cup. YEH.

back before she got hit and broken hip, she was sneaky enough and fast enough to catch squirrels. Then she got smart enough to just take them away from the cats.

5er.... its not the visible lasers you have to worry about...

Its the jarhead in the corner with the IR laser and goggles that you need have concern.

Happy Birthhayday, NW Dave, youngster. Good your still working and paying into SS for me, 5erBob and the other sexy seniors on here.
Maybe summer will come on a weekend for you this year. If you do get some clear skies tonight go look to the north east after about 10:00PM for the meteors. Peaks before dawn tomorrow the 13th.
Thinking about steak and bake for supper, prolly do it on the grill part of the smoker out side. Walk to the store and get the 'taters. It's hot, but need the exercise and about 1/2 mile round trip.

Dogs like kitty fud as it has a lotta fat in it. Bribed our doggy when we had her, with cheese.

Had a cat that like cream in his hot fresh coffee. He would sit on a stool and watch MR Coffee working, and when it was done come and get me. Also liked java chip ice cream. Caught a lot of his own dinners.

Sure is a feisty bunch in here today. More fun.

Evening all. Been a relaxing weekend. Went to a good concert last night where I was introduced to a great local artist, Andy Hersey. He is an amazing songwriter and a heck of a performer.
