Slush - - slush - - - slush - - the love is just uuuuussssing all around this place this morning. Disgusting.

Well, the night owls really took over last night - - took me a full cup just to wade thru all the slush and love. Then, I realized it wouldn't pour anymore - -frozen from all the cold posts. Yikes, guys - - it is only just barely into December - - January is coming. Better head south with those Libertys.

Gonna run - - places to go, things to do and getting ready for pageant. Four performances this weekend - - then I can say "relax." YEH

Have a gudurn,

Bob

Apparently my JCB agrees with you. First real cold of the season here and less than 5 minutes out in the stuff it decides to die. Does this every year at the first cold snap. Past 4 years the dealer has come out and got it running again but still doesn't know what it was they did to get it going. Acts like it's gelled up but they get clear flow from wherever they crack a line. After they mess with it, it's usually fine for the rest of the winter.

Waiting on the dealer now, but on a good note, they told me there won't be any charges aside from whatever parts might be needed. They remember me and agree this should not be continuing. Nice to have good dealer support!

You know, you can be replaced by one of Chaikwa's relatives.

I really didn't need to know there was an old man in his speedos pageant. TMI and a bad mental picture.

The pump doesn't have one. There is one upstream of the pump that the pump sucks thru and it is clear. And I cleaned it out about 3 weeks ago and found nothing in it. It's glass so you can see if there's anything in there. Changed the filter 3 weeks ago too, so that's new.

This has been an on-going mystery since I got the machine in 2004, and there's only been one year where I had no problems with it when it gets cold. I do the same maintenance every year just before cold weather hits hoping to avoid this to no avail. What's weird is the fact that we can never find a definitive cause. You'd think if a line is gelling up, it would do it consistantly when it's cold, but it doesn't.
