That's right.

Sear it for about 4 minutes on both sides then cook to 145-150* in the center of the thickest part. Additionally, try not to turn it more than two additional times. It'll come out medium to medium rare every time.

I had to look twice at that first pic. I thought Mark had the strap hooked to himself.

ok, one hotel in Norway had real brewed coffee.
Last time I was in Indonesia, the guy I was traveling with topped off his cup of coffee with cream and it looked the same color as mine. every time he drank a bit, he added more cream. I bet he had over half the cup drank and refilled with cream before the coffee faded to brown... Man that was some thick stuff...

Afternoon Yall,

Replaced the ratty screen door on my front porch with a nice all glass unit.

Grill is lit, meat ready for grilling/quickqueing.

Life is good!
Nescafe and Lipton Tea. everywhere around the world has those two brands...

If he'd have done a Madhat ******, it's likely he would've swatted his neighbors Ford through his nice new garage.

Im a bit disappointed...

looking at the pictures and the video, it appears mark trimmed the tree then moved it. he should have just cut it loose from the stump and drug it to the curb for the city to pick up...

Yeah, didn't need any new holes in the truck, I have enough already...

Ok, DTR. I think I'm about done for the night... Called my dad, it's his 46th birthday today. Talked to the grandparents too, they are doing good.

See ya'll tomorrow.
