Afternoon DTR.

Went to lunch with the wife then we watch the Green Bay/Bears game today. Wife is mad that my favorite team beat hers again.

Going to her work Christmas party tonight. Will be back later.

 

Checkin in....made the trip safe....screwed up on fuel tank purchase…A 98 gal steel tank 20 inches deep won’t fit between fender wells and front of bed in a short bed truck….phone call made about smaller tank…..Ah…don’t sell those in steel, but for 200 bucks more I can have the aluminum diamond plate…..I need breakfast, didn’t get home till 3 am stopped at the Pole for bday/holiday party for some workers headed south for couple weeks RR……Later

Matt, da bears. what else can be said. the Bills won today because I did not watch the game. enough reasons not to get mad already. why push it?

supper made from hubby, venison stew with all veggies, sliced potatoes, diced maters with oregano, basil and onions, some white wine cause it was left over from 2003...shhhh don't tell. bout to get away from this computer, can't focus on the tasks anyways...might as well go watch dallas get their butt kicked

Long day, crappy travel this AM, not too bad tonite. Roads just wet but 32 degree temps kept me on edge. More rain/freezing rain tonite, snow Tuesday/Wednesday... yay. I get to plow again, my favorite activity. Probably more snow Saturday night into Sunday, just in time for the farm Christmas party.

Beautiful day up here 15 above....no snow....put new wipers
on truck, they look nice....I think I’ll just kick back with my feet up by the stove, have a drink and a smoke and enjoy a movie...

 

Nothing new here, temps are crazy. It was 29 for two mornings in a row but it feels like about mid 50's outside now, headed for 72 tomorrow.

Got home at 3 here too. Got up at 7. Took daughter and wife to another Christmas party. Got on a bus at 8:30 and went to a private viewing of a movie with all the kids and families. LOL
Took bus back to work, had pizza, did crafts, came home...back to work.

Nuttin much going on.. looks like one of the chickens got a frost-bitten comb.. turning white and looking sickly.... not too sure if there's anything I can do for it..

Slow night at work, just ordered a pizza with all the works and started a fresh pot of tar... so at least I accomplished SOMETHING..

Had a good work out this AM after I got off then went home and Mama wanted to rearange the funiture. Got a second work out. Woke up this afternoon just before Mama and the little un' got home from a Christmas cookine exchange. I got to bring a bunch in to work tonight. If the knuckle draggers I work with don't scare you off, I'll share a few in here. Pepermint Mocha cocoa goes good with cookies........
