We had storms last night. Hail through the size of softballs to the north. Local news stations waiting on daylight to film damage in Cullman and Winston County. Sounds like there may be some structural damage to some barns and houses other than from the hail. Trees and power lines down, 12k without power in Alabama.

Greetings. Just got back from a couple of days away for some fun with the family.
I told my daughter that she could pick whatever she wanted to do on Saturday.

I get to see the surgeon on Weds...early. Something has ripped loose in the knee and I may be getting it scoped Weds afternoon.

 

So I broke down last night on the side of the highway.. The rubber hose on the coolant side of the tranny cooler exploded. Leaving a nice mess of coolant on the underside and tailgate of the truck. Going back today to replace the line and fill'er back up with coolant. As if things couldn't get worse Another test

 

I sure can relate to what you are saying. I hope you get it figured out. I think I am going to be doing some preventative maintenance to my truck with some Mag Hytec covers for the diffs and the trans. Also a remote oil filtration and a Raptor pump and dip tube. Why? Cuz I love this truck and it has 148K miles on it now and I want to keep it.

These tests can be trying...I might be getting yet another procedure on my knee. Just two weeks ago it felt stronger then ever and I did not stray from the gameplan that the doc and the physio laid out. Sucks to be walking along and RIP goes the knee. Now its pop clunk crunch randomly. Last night it was jamming in the back of the knee...something is moving around in there.

Good luck with the repair and something my mom said that makes total sense but is frustrating to hear when I am in the middle of this stuff...This too Shall Pass.
