I almost wish it were the shoulder - - my knee is killing me. Catching, swollen, wakes me up hurting. Called the doc this morning and going in tomorrow to see what is going on in there. Been getting worse for several weeks - - yesterday was the clincher when I can't even ride my bike - - no weight on it doing that. Gotta get my exercise in and need my legs. So, joining you, big guy. Don't like it.

Just treated myself to an hour of the lanai - - 83 degrees out there - - coffee, some Sudoku, some sleep, a dip - - nice. OK, gone.

Afternooner. Got to run today for the first time. Only for about 5 minutes, but it was great. Thought I was gonna puke, pass out and crap myself all at the same time... ahhh... best I've felt in months.

I passed out one time from lifting heavy...managed to get away from the crowd to puke but while I was puking, things were slipping out from behind.

Nah, I think it's just a software glitch, or I might have picked up a virus... Doubtful on the virus, but possible.

I have a website for dell... refurb's and bent and dent. Got my last computer from them pretty cheap. I'm trying to stay away from dell from now on...
