Sorry I wasn't here to greet you all with my smiling face this morning. I was up and out the door at 0400, just got back at 1600... worked only a half day today!

Hey! My computer isnt dumb, just the clown hitting the keys. Heading for the beach in a few. Problem is, Im the driver so no beer for me. Later,

 

Chaikwa, yeah those sheep needed a cleaning. What the heck did you get on them? I had to use the Hotsy to get them clean!

Evening DTR. Cruddy out there today. Been off and on rain here all day. Went and got some groceries today, went back to costco for some more stuff, and now I am home. Cleaned out the fridge today, found something interesting in the back of it. I dunno what it use to be but when i found it , it looked like blue fuzz in a pot. So I saved it to use in the coffee, might give it a good texture!

Making stir fry for dinner tonight and relaxing. GF and I have dinner tomorrow night with a friend that is in town from Texas.

 

Probably snot. Dang cold! I'm dead tired, but every time I try to sleep my nose runs like a wet sneaker. Went to bed at 2200 last night, slept off and on until 0130, after which I remained awake until the alarm went off at 0400.

Dang that Cincy. I hope to meet him someday. And when I do, POW!

Hey Don, I heard a rumor today that Michigan upped the truck speed limit from 60 to 65, but cannot afford to change signage. Any truth to this? It doesn't seem plausible, but it came from a gentleman that works for the Michigan Center For Truck Safety.

Glad I used the hotsy and had on all the correct ppe. Sounds like a bad case of the crud scott, hope you get better soon.

 

Now that dispatch is "civilianized" and me being on midnights, I don't get a lot of updates. I'll check though.

That's a big negative on the speed increasing Scott.

 

That's what I thought. Thanks. It made me think tho; I cruise right around 60 - 62 and have trucks passing me like I'm standing still. Then this guy I was referring to came out with that statement and I wondered if there was anything to his claim or if my speedometer was off by 10.
