Good morning everybody.
Will not say one word about the beautiful weather we are having down here.

Try some of this with your coffee this morning:

I'll talk about the weather! It's still raining. Lots of ice and slush out there. Makes for fun driving. winter storm warning was extended through tonight. No school, borough offices are closed again as is the university and a lot if small businesses. State offices may or may not be open....

Gonna be a great day!

Six years ago today I pulled the greatest con-job of my life: I managed to convince a beautiful, intelligent, wonderful woman that life was so much better when I was around she should do something to make it permanent. She considered this briefly, made a phone call, then told me we need to be to the courthouse before 4pm because that's when they close.

It's been all gravy since then

Life is good. God bless y'all and happy day before Thanksgiving.

Guess who isn't invited to the summer picnic this year. Congrats though, when it's good it's great!

I was looking up some info for another turkey frying thread and it included a couple posts from the Thanksgiving breakroom thread from two years ago. I added the link here and read a couple pages, lots of laughs. A read from the beginning was even better.

Yeah, read about that. It is long way away from me. I would still go to there. Yes, I am still in a great neighborhood and all things considered, where is any better than where I am right now?

from what I keep hearing, just about anywhere is better than Mexico...
Then again, I also know how US media is so its prolly being blown all out of proportion. I haven't had a chance to watch the news outside the US lately.

Hey buddy, tell Punta we are sorry about the loss. Not fun. And a twitching knee???? OK, mine would not twitch at 3am this morning. Woke me up with horrible pain and could not bend it - - I was on my back and it was out straight. Horrible. Groaning and carrying on like a big wimp. Woke mama up who slowly lifted the knee - - took about 10 minutes to get it to a 90 degree. Man, what is with that. And the girls at the lab told me I had beautiful LEGGS - - something wrong with this picture.

Me neither Stan - - we just gotta quit telling them how we go out and get sunburns and have to wear our shorts and T shirt and flip flops to stay cool.

Yeh man, it is tough. Out working in the side yard - - came in - - - mama said the same thing, pushed me out the door and into the pool. Told me don't come in until you smell nice again. So, I just had to stay out in the pool and lanai for a couple hours. Tough man - - so, let's not talk about it anymore or the gang will not like us anymore.

Stock market is making me seasick. Up down, up down, up down - - who has the pills before I throw up.

Grabbing my and I am out of here.

SunburnedBobby - - - (ooopppsss forgot)

Evening everyone. Didn't have a good start to my day this morning. Jumped in the truck to run a few errands and no juice, truck would barely crank over. Did some checkin around, batteries had 12.26 volt in them but when cranking they would pull down to 6.5 volts. Called around for batteries this morning, either nobody had them or they wanted an arm and a leg for batteries. I said to the NAPA guy when he quoted me, "Are they gold Plated?". Ended up getting the top of the line Interstates for cost through a friend. Had to have mom drive me a couple towns over but the price was worth the trip. Been having some other electrical issues lately in the truck and after I installed the new Batts they went away.

Going out for a some drinks with the wife and a few friends tonight. Tomorrow we're going to the FIL's for Thanksgiving dinner and to watch some football. Hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving and enjoys the time with family and friends!

You are bad, Scott. Hey, have a great Thanksgiving.

Same goes for everyone else, too. (if they ever come in for coffee and to read this).
