Not at all. It's like a switch was flipped. I got home this morning and the creek was below crest about 6 inches, most pits were drying up except for the usual spots coming through the woods where it doesn't get any sun. There wasn't really much ground frost this year, so it's all soaking in.

 

Don't forget to move your clocks ahead tonight.

Random thought for the day

Light bulbs are not actually "light bulbs" but dark absorbers. When you turn them on, they suck the dark out of the room. You can prove this by holding your hand under a "light bulb". The dark will stack up under your hand where its path to the absorber is blocked by your hand. When they quit working and turn a dark color, it's not because they burnt out, it's because they're full.

 

Do you lay awake at night thinking this stuff up?

 

You really need to purchase and install a carbon monoxide alarm.
