If it's only on one bank than it can't be IAT, ECT or MAP, It sound like your on the right track with the O2 sensors. How does the truck run with one or both O2 sensors disconnected?

The 4.7 has just one cat. conv, and one upstream, one downstream O2 sensor. As per OBD it shows these as Bank 1 , but the sensor does measure the whole exhaust.
I've read out the IAT, MAP, TP, ECT sensors with the scanner and they do all show reasonable values. (checked against calibrated shop meters where possible)

The condensation trouble has hit hard on the vehicle- at the temps we have now it gets "more oil" no matter how long you do drive.
