Well , up here , all the salt trucks that say MRDC on them belong to the Maritime Road Development Coporation , A company performed to build/maintain roads under contract to the government, because they can do it cheaper ( and better i might add) than the government can.

It could also be an entity , like a corporation , IE - who is the IRS?
