Soory to hear that, but I have had nothing but great experience with them. They even called me once when I had mistakenly ordered two of the same item, to see if I actually wanted two or if I had made a mistake, wound up saving me $85.00.

I've heard nothing but good myself. That being said the reason I ordered the 60lb isspro from them was because their site said it was in stock. They called the next day to tell me they were out but Iwould have it friday, I'm leaving for florida tomorow without the fuel press guage and concerne that I have a pressure issue. It would at least be nice if I could communicate with them. I've been calling them all afternoon and now the message says they are closed.

I know it is frustrating, when you have paid for something and have been told it is on the way but it doesn't show up, especailly when you really need it (which it sounds like you do).

I had great service from them on my gauges. Don't worry they will take care of you. With all of the winter storms going on who knows what has happened.

Bought my pyro, and boost gauges through them. Excellent shipping with no problems.

Sorry 'Lunker, not trying to rub it in.

I had a few problems with them, but they fixed it and were sincere about making it right.

they may have done good by you guys but I'm feeling burned. I finally got through to them and they still dont have the items that their website said they HAD IN STOCK. I told them to cancel the order, I'll just have to do business with people that do have the items.

That is very unusual for Diesel Manor, if he shows it in stock and it is not he is usually forthright about it. I have ordered different items from him over the past 4 years and if it was not in stock he told me and also stated that it would get shipped directly to me from his supplier, which it did, and it always arrived right around when he said it would. Sorry to see you had such a problem.
