The big stuff is together. I need to get distributer put back correctly, engine had been rolled while out. New wire harness isn't even close to what came off. Hoping the engine hasn't locked up from setting. ALso need to build up a new alternator bracket so I can mount a hydraulic pump. Plan on building a front plow and an H-mount. Have most of the steel. Also planned on replacing the rear end this summer, with another I picked up. Have a crack in the case from freezing up with water in the oil. I think I could get by another winter if I don't get that far though. Originally, had to split for a new ring gear. Replaced a lot of crap while I had it apart. Just too many family obligations on my days off this summer.
Hat, eat something creapy for me.
My first year in the gaurd after I got out of active duty, they sent us to Panama for jungle school. One of the other sargents in my section was a real character. Everytime we went to the feild and some drills, he was expected to try to eat something disgusting. One of the nights we got in early from the jungle, we were sitting by the shore of the canal drinking cervesa's and he caught some little, tiny mud crab. Somebody started chanting to eat it, and pretty soon the whole group was going at it. You could tell he was worried as he slowly brought it up to his mouth with his two finger tips. Just as he bared his teeth for a tiny nibble, it latched onto his bottom lip and the dance was on. He was screaming and cussing like a little girl trying to pry the little thing off. Finally, he got it off and with watering eyes gave it a vengeful death-chomp. It got the last laugh though, when he started gaghing from the muddy taste.

Had my M4 and sig out for a zombie shoot the other night. Neighbor even got worried and came down to see who was invading (Nosy fella). Didn't stop and say high, just saw me with the headphones on and turned around. Sorry, no state law against noise. Triji sights on the sig are getting pretty dim these days, anybody know if they'd refresh them or should I just get replacements?

Yeah, I was teasing but certainly wouldn't turn help away. You ever need to get away though, the door is open. Kinda like Maine up here too, but not quite God's Country like it use to be. Might head up there in a week or 2 though.

I really would like to come up your way if I could. Anytime I can get a break from here I'll take it. I wouldn't mind helpin you get the 8N running again. If I can get a day away from here and wedding stuff I would like to make a trip to MI, maybe we could get Claude and Scott involved too. A friend of mine goes up close to you every winter to ride his sled, said it's some of the best riding around.

Admit nothing, deny everything and demand proof!
That's too funny!

Nope. Sold it when I came out here. Bought it for 12k, sold it a year later to a guy from New Jersey for 35k.

Well it is if it's a one hundred buck.
Morning all. Going to the bugfest today. They mostly fry or bake the bugs into normal food so they aren't as noticed. They do however rove around with various live things to try. I dig right in. Not very filling of course, but a fun time with the twirps.
