Morning Shorts. Morning breakroom entrants. Coffee's good this morning.....I really needed it. Hour and a half and I get to go home. Shorts, that fresh trans is a breath of fresh air.....guess that's why I been feeling froggy lately. Pretty sure it was a time bomb waiting to go off....really glad I got that fixed.

Up and Adam folks......gonna be a lovely Sunday here in Texas...ya'll come visit sometime.....just don't forget how to get back home!!!

Egypt took over at the bottom of my list. I guess Kazakhstan isn't as bad, Just not a nice place.

Thanks for the coffee, needed that, spend half the afternoon trying to get the wiring fixed to that EGT gauge I have in the shop, wanted to dip it in the pelletburning centralheating thing.

Finding battery of an old RC-plane, solding wires and stuff to get it all lined up, just to find out it doesn´t work at all, yaay.

Good thing is I didn´t spend time installing it in the truck, at least now I have all I need when I get a new one...

Take care out in the weather, both the wet and the not at all wet.

I just got back from a 50 mile road trip... and all we ended up with was starbux kawfy...dang blue laws... well, not so much a law, but the store we were going to is closed on sunday.
anyway, while we were out, my daughter made a chocolate cake and as I was smearing nutella on a waffle, I started comparing labels between nutella and chocolate frosting. I gotta stop doing reading labels....

Making tomato Puree, diggin taters, drying the few stalks of corn we have left for next years seed. Gonna save some tomato seed also.

Hope y'all are doing well. Back to SA tomorrow. Direct TV does not provide local channels, so NFL ticket doesn't help. No football this year...

Gotta go mow, Y'all be good, travel safe, and pray for Mark's safe return. God Bless You Sir!!!

Good to see some familiar faces

After I opened up the cabin I hauled buns down here to Corpus. Got funeral to attend tomorrow then heading back. 7.5 hrs one way. I could use a nap I think.

What a lovely place to send someone off to Jesus.

Drive safe Ms. Shorts, and if you think you do, you probably should!! (nothing like a nap on the BEACH!!!)

gettin' in late.
Been a busy weekend.......catchin' up on household chores now that Wifey headed back to Casa Del Shovelhead.
Hate to see her go, but I don't get anything done while she's here.....just sit around with her enjoying the time we have.
Grass is now cut, garage 'kinda' cleaned out, dishes done, dogs area cleaned up, bike gassed up for tomorrow.
Now it's Corona time.
Wish Wifey was here...........

Evening all, THAT was a productive day. Fields 3 thru 7 (there are only 7) have been sprayed with 2-4D Esther. Take THAT broadleaf weeds like dandelions and thistle. I found out that you can overheat an oil/air cooled quad if you drive at 8km/h for 4 hours straight. Luckily it cooled down in about the same amount of time it took to eat lunch.
Roast beef is now on the BBQ and a glass of wine has been poured.

Wyododge - you dig your spuds a little later than we do. We dug 600 lbs of Yukon Golds 3 weeks ago. They are curing on the barn floor.

Have a good and safe evening everyone.

Cougar, Shorts, be safe in your travels...

(the BILLS make me want to SHOUT! Kick my heels up do dit do singing)
brutal hits/ bad calls/missed calls today in five games...

sons/guyz headed home, fed smoked ham, broccoli/cheese,grilled red taters with seasonings...

nice fall day turning wrenches/ using tiny (mine) hands to thread pesky bolts in son's jeep. it's still MOM! MOM! but now an adult calling for something

wouldn't change a thing!

Damp is the truth. As cougar knows this has been a lousy fall.

Anyway, Got the Father in-law moved into the new place and got him married off to that young floozy. Got to go back and clean up the reception mess than start packing myself.

Nice to hear from Mark again and glad everybody is staying safe (sort of).

There is almost a half a keg of beer left over and it has to be turned in on Monday. Hmmmm, what to do.......
