My worst experience with a telephone system from hell was IOMEGA out in Utah. ~10 years back I had to call because of a serious problem with some old disk drives and I got into their phone system from hell. I had tried every combination to find a human (pressing zero's was a dead end).
Almost lunchtime here, I was trying my Nth attempt to find ANYBODY, including a janitor that would speak to me, when I snagged someone that picked up the phone before it rolled over to a dead end.. I got the tech problem taken care of quickly, but I commented abt their phone syst from hell.. He said, "we know what you mean, as we have to deal with this same system if we call-in sick!!!"...
