You guys got me so hungry I went to wickipedia and looked it up. They have a whole page dedicated to it including the diff names and a picture of one variant. Also came up with over 1 million hits for both names. One of the forums discussing it was so heated they were threatening each other with bodily harm and calling each other communists. I am glad the people here are more tolerant. I would hate to get shot while eating.

In San Antonio some of the best CFS is at Alamo Cafe. Ginormous and really gooood. Dang man Im gonna have to go and get on this week sometime. Thanks yall for making nothing else sound good but CFS.

Murphys steakhouse in Bartlesville OK. The restaurant has been passed down through several generations. And is the absolute best I've had from coast to coast. However their signature dish is The famous Murphy's hot hamburger its an open faced hamburger covered in fries and drenched in the darkest brown gravy you've ever seen.
