Ed, haven't you been told it's taboo to bang on the trash can until after the coffee is done brewing?! It's been in the S.O.P. forever...........

ARG!!!! it's Monday again????

Mostly sunny, temps in the mid 50s heading for the mid 70s.
PERFECT riding weather....unless your destination is work.
G-G in the lot.

Not too much on the Gotta-do list....YET.
I'm sure that will change after the Govt folks finally show up for work.

We were getting ready to send Jack & Jonah and the search and rescue team out your way Heather.
Good to see you made it back.

Morning y'all
I have returned, for a while anyway. Got to go to Ft. Carson next week. Equipment is arriving and the customs folks are really slowing things down.
All's quiet in the area, just need some rain.
Looks like a full blown DWI week. Adult beverage consumption sill rise accordingly.
As to the trashcans, or lack of, the keys were left with two of the moderators. Just because one has been away from his normal work area and the other is high centered on some mountain top, I can't help that.
Got to run, 0700 meeting. Will probably have to spend 2 hours explaining what stareing array, linear cooler, and lwl (long wave length) means

From WJLA.com

Bad Guy Breaks into Wrong House:

Layhill, Md. (AP) - Police say the Silver Spring homeowner who shot a suspected burglar used a properly registered gun.

The investigation is continuing, but authorities in Montgomery County say the unidentified suspect apparently robbed another house 15 minutes earlier.

In that case, another homeowner found a man in front of his house on Eastway Drive. The man claimed to be looking for someone, then drove off in a red Geo. The homeowner soon realized someone broke in through an open window and ransacked a room.

Police moments later answered a call on Whitehaven Drive, where they say the suspect broke down the front door and came face to face with a gun-toting homeowner - who shot him in the hand and side.

The suspect took off in the red Geo with police chasing him until the Geo ran off the road. The man is in critical condition and charges against him are pending.

Howdy all.... sittin here nursing a couple cracked ribs .... taking the day off....
Got a realy beautifull bay mare in to start under saddle, and she did great at being sacked out and all the ground work... got up on her and she put me ribs first into the rails at warp 11.... that was last week, and I have been able to keep working, but today I couldnt lift the saddle so decided to sit in here and play on the puter instead. The new filly is doing great, growing like a weed. Got four horses sold last week and got a new dog...
Heather, aint being too busy to play great
THE BOSS bought me a new coffee maker, and I think its time to give it a test run...
Yall take care..

Hump Day
Cloudy & cool again in DC.
Geezer-Glide in the lot again.
5 gallons of premium gas a week still beats 25 gallons of diesel.

Looks like another office here has disconnected all their equipment for a renovation without submitting proper paperwork.
NOW it's an "emergency" because they don't remember what was plugged into what.

Heather, it aint getting the "fun " ones , its me getting careless and letting myself get distracted.... **** neighbor girl sholdnt be sunning herself while I'm trying to work.....
Tell yer freind a TB WILL move like a quarter horse.... jest gotta replace her legs, her shoulders, her spine and her brain with good QH ones... Kinda like making a Ford perform like a Dodge....I shouldnt talk like that... TB are good horses... great with a little salt and teryaki sauce..
Feeling better this morning, supposed to get some severe weather this afternoon, so playing here while eating breakfast then out to work before the storms hit( tho the WX men here have a bad habit of being very wrong a great deal of the time)

new brewer works good, gotta remember to thank THE BOSS later....
