Columbus IN anyone from around there.
I have been offered a job with a company in Columbus. I'm from central Mn. Was wondering what the city wad like. What the weather was like. Things like that. Any feed back would be great.

Small but nice town.. Thats where the Cummins engine plane is located.

Better warn Cummins that they may be getting company

Take the tour of the plant if they let you, should be real interesting to say the least

Cincy what is this Cummins plane you speak of?

You guys know how to derail a thread. Also Cummins would be the reason I would be moving. I'm graduating in may with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

I have a good friend that is an mechanical engineer there. He's always spoken highly of them.

Congrats, one of my biggest regrets was not taking a job with Cummins back when I graduated.............

My Cousin owns a company in Columbus that makes wiring harnesses for Cummins, he likes the area.

The free stuff is awesome.. Especially when you can get the 6 little thingies that spits out fuel into the cylinder. Saved me a bunch o' money
