Clearing codes

Most likely this is posted in the wrong place, so Mod’s feel free to move it.
But I need to know how to clear the codes on my truck. I took it in to Cleburne Dodge last week and was told by the Tech (we don’t have any mechanics any more) that he cleared the codes before starting to work on the truck. He then replaced the VP-44 and the lift pump. (By the way found loose bolts on the intake when checking the work)
Over the weekend I checked the codes just for grins and I still have codes 1963 and 0216.
Thought that I would clear them and see if they come back in a day or two.

What I really suspect is that he did not change the pumps but only cleared the codes and sent me on my way. If I find this to be true, look for a mushroom cloud in the Cleburne area.

I’m At work today but will check in before leaving for the house thanks in advance.
