Did it a few years back here in Washington. Contacted Dept of Licensing. Needed to fill out App, have a commercial zoned location(used a friends RV Rental lot address), Commercial Insurance and Licensed his wife as Salesperson so some one was at location when they were open. It was rather easy and we sold cars to friends that we bought at dealer auctions, then had a friend (mechanic) go thru and sold them for auction cost+repairs and $300 for us. Most sales were $700 to $1500 below dealer price. That was 1983 and we know of one person still driving the 79 VW Rabbit I sold him. BTW we had 5 cars and the only one that didn't have a dealer Plate was my 16 yr. old Son. We were still ahead after all the costs, because of high cars lic fees out here then.

well fellas...i got it figured out and am on my way to getting a license...in about 4-6 weeks i hope to be up and running...

Can you fill me in on what you had to do? How much if anything do you have to pay?
