Yeah, it's getting a support up top. I think we're gonna use one of scotts ideas and use a top link off a 3 point hitch.

Chillin Rad...

It was the front Josh. Luckily the bolt held, but the paper thin plate along the front of the spring perch peeled off right below the sway link. It must've already been splitting because I was getting the death wabble. Got new urethayne bushings for the links. Gonna pick up some drag bar ends too, just in case. On the bright side, Alro Steel has had some nice DOM on the drop shelf lately. I have some nice 2.5" O.D.x .250 wall for some long arms. Plent of 1/2 plate and some different box tube for the brackets. Just need to order some rod ends and bushings.

Looks good Matt! I think I'd add one horizontal brace between the two loader arms on the back side of the plate so it doesn't bend inward when pushing heavily. Heavy angle, square tube or even flat stock laid on edge would do nicely. Thanks for the pics!

There is a big piece of 2x6 3/8 channel welded to the back side. I don't have a good picture of it though. It spans between where the loader arms mount on each side. It shouldn't bend unless he run head on into a bridge pillar.

Ahh, I see! I missed that. Nice job tho. You should be a fabricator!

Thanks scott, welding and fabricating isn't my specialty. I'm sure there are alot better welders out there but I can do well enough to hold my own. I like welding as side work, brings some decent cash in.
