Evenin' all,

Wifes best friend died last night, she had been sick for some time. Wife flying out to TN in the early morning. She tried to call me several times, but the calls never came thru, NExtel strikes again. She upset with me.
Daughter is giving her frequent flyer miles so the fare is reasonable. I will be staying in TX.
I might get a few things I have in the job jar done with a bit more time. Did get some wax on the truck, still got some clean up on the inside to do.

04, I did jog for a while, it hurt the knees and hip joints a lot, I ask a sport medic MD about it and he advised to quit before I tear up the body. I still walk some, but not as far or as fast as I should.

5erBob, is "get back at it" a did in the pool, or more foo-foo

Have a good un and be safe out there.

Wow, you just ran down the whole gamut today, kiddo. You know you are never a loser. No way.

It's about time Don gave up on that Blazer - - I think the best thing for it is to Blaze it. And Scott - - he just can wrap up in that hair and use it like a scarf and keep himself warm.

Three miles on the bike - - wow - - you almost outdid me - - I did 5 on the road yesterday - - I will stick to the treadmill today.

And Fiver is not gloomy today as long as he doesn't watch CNBC and see what the stock market is doing. There are some crazee people out there - - they get what they want so they tank the market. Talk about fickle. Anyhow, gorgeous day and the 5er will definitely be in the pool some today - - wow, what a wonderful change.

OK, got my foo foo, I'll pass on the round cholesterol shot and go on down the road - - Ya'll be good today.

Mornin' all,

Cool and sunny in Houston. Up at 0415, , get wife up for the 0430 limo or car that was supposed to take her to Houston, Bush intercontinental. 0445, still no car, phone calls go to voice mail. Time running out, jump in the truck, crank it up, put it in to "B" for boggie, and away we go. Made it in time. Wheeew. She took the portable GPS nav system with her.

Got rounds to do, bank is an important one, don't want to be underdeposited. I am getting long and shaggy, time to hit the mop crop chop shop.

Looks like a lot of stuff broke, most everybody is fixing things.

Waiting to see the next carving olddog post. He does great work.

MIA's around here, anybody heard from CIN, or NW Dave? Haven't seen them for a while, hope things are OK.

Wannabe, out on a parts chase, 4 counties, wow, lot of miles, going on the Hog, or the truck?

5erBob tuffing it out in the pool with a foo-foo.

have a good un, and be safe out there.

Mornin all

A little frosty out this AM. Sun is shining though and it should be a nice day. Wind yesterday blew over quite a few trees, gusting up to 70 or 80 kph. Dang poplar, once they get so old they just seem to rot from the inside out. Have to check the fence and see how much work I have. Forecasters are saying snow tomorrow night or Sunday.

Sent a pic into wife's work, they were having a contest. Yesterday she came home and said I had won. WOOHOO.... I asked how much?? can I retire for good and not just part time? No was the definitive answer. Won a meal out for two at a nice restaurant. To young to retire full time anyway I guess. Try to post it if I can. https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...1&d=1194020656
Buffalo edited.jpg

That wasn't easy to do. Maybe I'm doing it kinda backwards. Had to go from e-mail, how I sent it to wife to desktop and then fix size and on to here. Got to be an easier way... and how do you get below the attachments? Hmm guess I should have stayed in school longer... or paid more attention.
