I got to flex Big Red's muscles today and put a Chevy to shame.<br><br> Our MWR bus was pulled into my shop for repairs and was parked half way in the bay door. We were closing up shop at the end of the day and needed to move it back out but with the engine tore apart, the hydraulic brakes were set (so we later discovered) and so the bus was stuck half in and half out of the bay door.<br> We tried to move it with the forklift but it didn't have the oomph. My mechanic decided to hook up his Chevy 2500 4x4 gas guzzler to it and drag it out. Yeah right ... even in 4-low he couldn't move it. Lost some tire rubber trying though. :'(<br> Well, I guess he saw me smirking and challenged my Big Red, saying that &quot;that d**m diesel won't do nuthin but make noise&quot;.<br><br> After dragging the bus for 3 or 4 feet with a cheering audience, I figured I would stop and let him keep a little dignity. I probably could've pulled it out of the parking lot but I didn't want to show off too much.<br> There are a couple pictures in my photo album... not sure how to post them here.<br><br>PISTOL<br>

 

Way to go Pistol, he will think twice about power of the smoking diesel next time. hehe 8)
